For Patients

CareDash is redefining the healthcare review industry as an online resource offering comprehensive, transparent information about physicians and hospitals. CareDash empowers all patients — regardless of their socio-economic status — to find trusted healthcare providers through an easy-to-use, 100% honest review website focused on hospital and provider experience, quality and satisfaction. Unlike other physician review sites, CareDash does not influence or suppress negative reviews in exchange for payment from providers, enabling consumers to make more informed healthcare decisions.

Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of any page of the CareDash website and create an account using your email address, Facebook, or Google profile.

Reset your password by using the “Log In” button at the top right corner of any page on the CareDash website and clicking “Forgot your password?” Enter the email you used to register for an account and CareDash will send you a reset link for your password.

To review your doctor, visit the Review Your Doctor page and search for your doctor’s name and location. If you cannot find your doctor, please email support@caredash.com with your doctor’s information to submit them to be added to the site. When writing your review, please keep in mind that all reviews must comply with the CareDash review guidelines in order to be posted.

The CareDash site is encrypted to ensure that patient information is never revealed. We recommend that you are careful about disclosing any information that may reveal your identity in written reviews, your display name, or your location.

We collect basic information from CareDash users. We use this information to ensure that we are providing the best service for all patients. Your information will never be shared with a third party and we will never reveal any personal information on the site.

We reserve the right to edit reviews for clarity or grammar. A member of the CareDash team personally reads every review submitted to ensure compliance with our review guidelines. If your review does not meet our guidelines we will send you an email indicating the review was not posted, so that you may edit and re-submit.

It is possible that your doctor may not have been added to our database yet. You can submit your doctor by emailing support@caredash.com with your doctor’s information. We add healthcare providers to our database every day, and appreciate your help in this process.

You can submit your doctor to be added to the site by emailing your doctor’s information to support@caredash.com.

A member of the CareDash team personally reads every review to make sure it complies with our review guidelines. If it does not comply with our guidelines, we will send you an email to let you know why the review was not posted, so that you may edit and resubmit the review. CareDash does not suppress, reject or influence credible reviews, whether they are positive or negative.

Once you review is approved by the CareDash team, it will be published on your doctor's profile. To visit your doctor's profile, go to https://www.caredash.com, search for your doctor and click on your doctor's name. You may also see all the reviews you've written as well as their approval status by logging in and visiting My Reviews.

Unlike other review sites, CareDash will never suppress or remove an authentic negative review. While you may notice on other review sites that your negative review of a doctor is hidden or eliminated entirely, CareDash does not accept payment from doctors for the removal or editing of reviews. This means that your honest feedback about your healthcare providers will live on the site to ensure that other patients have as much truthful information as possible when making a decision about their healthcare providers.

There is no limit to how many times you can submit a review of your doctor. Any time you edit your doctor review, your new written review will be sent to the CareDash team for approval. Once approved, your updated review will be added to your doctor's profile.

Trusted Reviewers are confirmed CareDash users. To become a Trusted Reviewer, simply confirm your email address by clicking the link in the email we sent you after you signed up. If you can't find the email, see below.

If you can't find the confirmation email we sent you when you signed up, please email us at support@caredash.com so that we can send you a new email.

After logging in to CareDash, go to your email preferences to update which emails you receive.

If you no longer wish to receive email from CareDash, please visit our unsubscribe page, type in your email address and click "Unsubscribe."

For Healthcare Providers

CareDash allows healthcare providers to respond to reviews written about their practices. Please make sure the response is written as you wish to see it posted on our site and make sure to review the Healthcare Provider Response Guidelines before submitting the response. To submit a response, please email support@caredash.com.

To submit a photo, email support@caredash.com with your headshot as a file attachment.

A member of the CareDash team personally reads every review to make sure it complies with our review guidelines.

If some of the information in your profile is not correct, you can email support@caredash.com with the correct information and we will make the necessary revisions to your profile.

If you believe that a patient review violates our review guidelines, you may report it to us. Please send an email with the subject “Reporting Patient Review” to support@caredash.com with the following information:

  1. Your name and/or your medical practice’s name

  2. A link to the review in question and/or the username of the individual who wrote the patient review

  3. The reason you contend that the review violates our guidelines

  4. If you so request, we will bring any factual dispute to the attention of the user so that the user may consider modifying the review. Any decision to modify the review will be at the sole discretion of the user. We will not forward any messages that we determine to seek to threaten or intimidate the user.

CareDash does not accept payment in any form to remove or suppress negative reviews.
