Rachel Riley is on of the best

Rachel Riley took over as my endocrinologist around 2001. She fully checked me out and adjusted my insulin by splitting my previous doctors 70/30 insulin mix (70 percent long acting/30 percent short acting) She gave me a carb/insulin ratio 15/1, 1 unit of Novolog to every 15 grams of carbs I ate, plus had me take daily long acting injections. Weighing around 300 lbs. I was skeptical but had someone who would work for me, someone who cared. Over the years, Rachel has helped me drop down to 212 lbs. and my diabetes was closer to being under control. I have never had someone like Rachel care about my health, and I hope she will be with me for years to come. She returns phone calls on the same day.
