Friendly and kind

I have been visting Dr. Smith for years. The office staff is always bright and cheery. And I am always seen on-time. No waiting for hours in the waiting room. Dr. Smith is quick and efficient and is able to listen to my concerns, but still get me on my way without much fuss.
