CareDash provides information on healthcare providers and practices by aggregating information related to provider and practices from both public and private sources.
Profile Removal: If you are a practicing provider and the published information regarding you or your practice is publicly available, and of interest to the general public, CareDash policy is that we cannot remove your profile.
Personal Information: We do permit the redaction of a personal phone number or address location, and we are deeply committed to making our data accurate. We will gladly work with you to correct any errors. The easiest way to do this is to at claim and edit your profile in the CareDash Provider Portal. This gives you full control over your profile, and alerts you if anyone leaves a review.
Claimed profiles with headshots and completed profile information receive many more impressions and often lead to appointments. Claiming your profile will also alert you to any new reviews.
We also recommend providers update their record at https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/ - this data propagates its way into most of the data sets that we use, and if inaccurate will lead to incorrect listings across the Web.
Retired, Inactive, Deceased: If you are inactive or retired, or you would like to report a deceased provider, please contact us using the support form above. This will remove you from our directory and search results.
